Warm up before

Keep in mind to warm up and to listen to your body. Do not push your body over the limits, Yoga is about being patient. Don’t follow your instructor till the end, if you feel that your body is telling you differently!

Warming up will lower the chances of hurting your muscle or lower back. Please inform your instructor you you have any problems with your neck or spine. History of Yoga

A history of Yoga goes back very far, and represents a discipline old more than 5000 years. Sami Yoga postures or Asanas is described for the first time  in the 15th century BC. Sources who teach us about the origin and development of yoga are varied: ancient texts, knowledge transmitted orally, iconography, hymns or songs, dances, etc.

The oldest traces proving the existence of Yoga are archaeological objects left behind by Hindu Sarasvati civilization. These items were found in the cities of Harappa and Mohenjo-Daro (areas that now belong to Pakistan), which were very advanced cities of its time.

The oldest written evidence of the existence of Yoga can be found in the text of Rig Veda, one of the oldest texts found so far (year of creation is estimated between 1700 and 1100 BC).

For centuries Yoga is considered as a perfect balance of body and soul.
